Sustainable Brewing Workshop, Tour & Tasting

A free workshop will be held at Flying Bison Brewery on March 7, 2017

Sustainable Brewing makes financial sense.  It creates process improvements which make natural resources more productive.  Experts in sustainable brewing practices from the New York State Pollution Prevention Institute will talk about best practices and first steps for:

  •       Water & Wastewater: Reduce, Recycle, Reuse
  •       Energy: Reduction & Efficiency
  •       Solid Wastes: Opportunities for Reduction & Alternative Uses
  •       Supply Chain Sustainability

After the workshop we will tour the Flying Bison Brewery & have a tasting.
