Learn more about New York’s Cap and Invest Program at our webinar on February 15th, 2024 at 12 PM. DEC Deputy Commissioner Jonathan Binder and NYSERDA Director of Policy and Analysis Vladimir Gutman-Britten will give an overview of NYCI and detail its role in NY’s Climate Program.
The DEC and NYSERDA seek input from stakeholders to develop a balanced and equitable program aligning with the State’s emission reduction goals prior to the formal regulatory process. Comments can be submitted by March 1st, 2024. Share your feedback now.
