Join SBR and the Center for Sustainable Materials Management (CSMM) for a discussion on zero waste facility certifications and the tangible benefits they offer to businesses. Executive Director Kate Walker, Karen Nozik from Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, and Seth Eshelman from Staach will share their insights and experiences on this topic.
Following this discussion, we will screen CSMM’s short documentary, “Collectively Challenging Waste, Elevating Solutions Together.” This documentary showcases collaborative efforts in New York State aimed at advancing circularity. Featuring impactful partnerships between universities, waste management facilities, and the DEC, the film highlights innovative approaches to waste reduction and resource conservation.
After the screening, there will be a Q&A session for questions about the film. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired to make a positive impact on your business and the environment.
