FreeCosts, regulations and customer expectations are changing the ways businesses deal with food waste. The upcoming WNY Sustainable Business Roundtable workshop is for businesses that create or divert food waste, and anybody else interested in learning more about this growing business segment. It will be led by the Sustainable Food Program experts at NYS Pollution Prevention Institute and held in a great new space at the Niagara Culinary Institute.
